While testing new laptop Dell Latitude 7400 and its fingerprint sensor I have received
"Sorry, something went wrong. Close Windows Hello, and then try going through the setup again.".
The error message appears only after actually toughing the sensor to scan the fingerprint.
While the error message sucks and the responsible developer should be "fish slapped" everything is OK. In my case, it was caused by trying to enrol biometrics under built-in Administrator, which is not supported - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/identity-protection/hello-for-business/hello-faq
